Plenum
Plenum
Nine robotic arms each pursue their own individual motion in real time, yet only become legible as something coherent when perceived as a collective. The space is never empty, never waiting to be activated.

When the performer enters, they do not take center stage. The robots are not backdrop, nor is the dancer protagonist. Instead, every body in the space is present and active on its own terms, whilst together composing something greater than the sum of its parts. Plenum describes exactly that condition: a space so thoroughly inhabited that collective presence itself becomes the subject.
